Why Taylor Swift Fans Are Freaking Out Over Her New Merch

Taylor Swift dropped a new set of merchandise on April 19, and fans are saying they knew something was coming for a while, now. 

An Instagram posted on April 19 by Taylor Nation revealed the new lineup of clothing, which featured pics of Swift in a different costume from each one of her eras. 

One person wrote, "YAY!! I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN TODAY!" Another added, "the ttpd collection is finally there in it’s glittering prime."

The buzz is building as fans speculate about the pop star's next move.

Many fans are curious if Swift will be going on tour in 2026. However, at this time, that doesn't seem to be in the cards. In a statement per Yahoo, co-founder Tammy Work Day said, "We have no knowledge whatsoever of when that tour will be" in reference to any upcoming tours. 

In fact, it seems as though Swift may be slowing down a bit. In an interview, a source recently told Page Six, "A lot of their time is spent at home just relaxing. Despite their fame, they’re really just like any other couple."

The source continued, "They like to cuddle on the couch and watch movies, play board games, spend time with family, cook dinner together and just hang out. This is such a nice escape for them to finally be able to stay out of the limelight for a bit before they eventually have to get out in the public eye again due to their careers."
