Boxing, Biking, and More: Here’s How Justin Theroux Stays in Shape

There’s a lot to be said for keeping things simple, especially when it comes to a workout routine . Rushing out to buy the latest “essential” fitness gadget or sign up for every new class can be exhausting—and not in a good way. For Men’s Journal January cover star Justin Theroux, staying in shape means sticking to tried-and-true methods: lifting, boxing , biking , and walking. The Power of a Trainee's Words

A goog coach should ask questions and listen to feedback in order to guide someone to their best results. I am a relative strength coach . I state this with the same boldness as my clients when they drop F-bombs during a workout session. My role as a relative strength coach allows me to focus on body recomposition, strength training, and corrective exercise.   I firmly believe this is the most effective way to bring the best out of clients despite varying body types and needs. The purpose of this article is to give you an insight into key points in my training modalities and share the experiences of a few of my clients.   read more from Breaking Muscle http://bit.ly/2Avm3rF via IFTTT

Beat the Holiday Hangover with Keto Detox Tea

Face it: The holidays are murder on our bodies. From overeating and overdrinking to downright unreasonable amounts of sitting around, holiday gatherings have a way of bogging us down to the point of being sedentary—especially the day after. We know what we need to do: Work up a sweat, burn some calories, flush the toxins out of our system. But that requires actually getting up and moving—and it’s so darned comfy here on the couch. And when it comes to hangovers, forget about it; we’d rather lie here and feel sorry for ourselves. But we’ve found a great way to rehydrate, detoxify, and re-energize. GenBoost’s Ketogenic Detox Tea is a nutrient-rich powdered iced tea that provides both detoxing and cleansing benefits at the same time. A tasty blend of green, black, and oolong tea extracts, it’s also got grapefruit and cocoa powder extract as well as caffeine anhydrous to help boost metabolism. It’s also full of keto and paleo diet friendly natural ingredients, such as BHB salts. 10 simp...
